Ingredients for 2 people

  • 300 g wholewheat spaghetti (cooked al dente)
  • 4 Tsp olive oil, extra vergine
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 big anchovies filets
  • 1 handful salted capers
  • 1 handful black olives
  • 1-2 small chiles
  • 300 g  cherry tomatoes, different colors and cut in half
  • 10 basil leaves

Fry garlic and anchovies for a few minutes until anchovies start to melt. Pour in the white wine and let it cook for a few more minutes. Add capers, olives, chiles and tomatoes and bring to simmer. Continue to cook for 10 more minutes. Remove from the heat, add basil, the spaghetti that you have previously cooked and stir all together.
