  • 1 kg       mussels
  • 5           cloves of garlic
  • 1            shallot
  • 20 g     fennel
  • 2 Tsp    olive oil (extra vergine)
  • 250 g   cherry tomatoes
  • 1.5 dl     sparkling dry white wine
  •              salt & lots of pepper
  • 20 g     parsley
  • 1/2        lemon - zest
