Ingredients for 2 people

for the dough

  • ca. 850 g cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • fresh basil, thinly sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, thinly sliced
  • salt & pepper

simply pulse batches of raw cauliflower in a food processor, until you get a rice-like texture. in a large pot bring some water to boil and cook the 'rice' for about 4 minutes. strain and transfer into a clean dish dishtowel. twist the rice up and squeeze the water out.

in a bowl mix the 'rice' with the eggs and spices and press the dough onto a baking sheet. bake for 35-40 minutes over 200°C.

for the topping (top your pizza the way you like!)

  • tomato sauce
  • fresh cherry tomatoes
  • chicken breast
  • champignons
  • oregano
  • mozzarella cheese
  • rocket salad
  • fresh chili

add you favorite toppings and then return the pizza into the oven for 5-10 more minutes.
