Ingredients for 2 People

  • 1 Tsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp coconut flakes
  • 4 Tsp goji berries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 Tsp no fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • water

pour water into two glasses until half full. add in chia seeds and coconut flakes. let stay for at least 20 minutes. 

mix together all other ingredients (goji berries, banana, yogurt, lime juice, ginger) until smooth and pour into the glass on top of chia seeds, which at this time would have formed a kind of solid gelatin.
