Ingredients for 4 people

for the dressing

  • 1.5 lime (juice)
  • 1.5 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 Tsp fish sauce (or soy sauce)
  • 1 Tsp rice vinegar
  • pinch of salt

whisk all ingredients together.

  • 1 organic cucumber
  • 1 fresh mango, thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 spring onion thinly sliced (only the green part)
  • 1 red chili
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • black sesame seeds

cut the cucumber and the carrot using GEFU, add mango, onions, chili and sesame seeds and gently mix into the dressing.
